The hub bolt was so loose, that the bolt came loose when I hand tested if my tool fits :D

the reality strikes again

Even though it would be nice to work on the race/tuned cars all day long, one must eat and pay the rent. This patient needs new joint for the drive shaft.

DSG is "empty" finally. The painful turbo replacement has finally been finished. Tomorow the TA EK4 will get final upgrades before we head to Time Attack races @ Motopark.

The Reality

The LSD installation was not all that straight forward as it may seem by looking these entries :D the box is rather complex package and one should know what is needed to do :)

I'm leaving to Estonia after 6h so I cannot do the entry with full explanation now. I try to do it early in next week.

The gearbox is finally in one piece :) Yesterday, or tobe accurate, todays morning, the case did not want to fit. Or actually it was the internals that did not want to fit in. Well, today, me and mr. Sandels watched as the case grew a bit in warm summer sun. Installation was easy, as a Sunday morning, afterwards.

Next in the program, finishing the clutch installation and adding the gearbox, with LSD this time, into the EK.

But first, I'll enjoy the sun a bit!
